 · Store opening preparation guidance
    Designated personnel provide the franchisees with consulting solutions and guided services involved in the store opening preparation period, and provide whole set of guiding handbooks for every aspect of operation, including dozens of handbooks such as Store Opening Reference, Operation Management Handbook, Operation Standard Handbook, Laundry Technology Handbook, and five video materials such as Equipment Maintenance disk and Promotion disk.

     Based on the locality and surrounding environment of the store and the consumption level of the vicinity, considering the condition of the franchisee, FORNET makes corresponding promotion plan for the laundry store.
 · Opening support and follow-up support
     Provide the franchisees with 7-day opening supporting service, teach laundry store operation management method and experiences, guide the operation and production process and retrain the technicians, etc., and assist the franchisees to set up FORNET standardized operation management system. After the franchisee runs independently for three month, a 5-day onsite follow-up service is carried out, so as to help the startup franchisees find the problems and guide them to correct the mistakes and provide relevant operation management suggestions.

 

  Qualification and prerequisites for FORNET franchisees:
 1、 Abiding by the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, an independent legitimate legal person or natural person.
 2、 Agreeing upon and accepting FORNET franchise operation pattern and corporate culture advocated by the company, and accepting the following FORNET system operation regulations.
 3、 Having strong brand awareness and healthy and straightforward cooperation attitude, and willing to accept the management and training from the headquarters.
 4、 The franchisee runs the store or has proper business management staff to run the store.
 5、 Having sufficient investment strength, as well as enthusiasm to be engaged in laundry industry.
 6、 The franchisee is healthy and the family and friends support the opening of the franchisee.
 7、 Having (owning or renting) the business locality that meets the store opening requirements (no less than 70m 2 ).
 8、 Having good modern service awareness, strong interpersonal relations and communication capability.
 9、 Having persistent and industrious working spirit, and strong financial management capability.
 10、 Having rational investment attitude, can objectively view the relation between investment and return, no expectation for sudden and overwhelming profit, certain capability for undertaking risks.

Usable area

70 m2 – 150 m2

Basic condition

(1) The width of the store is no less than 6m; (2) The indoor height is no less than 2.80m; (3) The floor can bear 740 – 1,018kg/m2; (4) Water supply and drainage, water temperature ≤18℃, water flow 10L/min; (5) Power supply (380V, 30KW – 85KW).

Location

Busy street in downtown area, location with high and medium-class businesses, main street in high-class commercial and residential area with high population density (with no less than 5,000 high or medium income households); convenient transport (easy parking); store image presentation has striking effect.

Franchise investment information

Number of employees

According to the different store scale, it should have 6 to 10 employees.

Pickup time

Pickup on the same day or the next day – 2-hour express service.

Laundry capacity

According to the different store scale, the daily laundry capacity should be 200 to 600 pieces.

Brand royalty

RMB 20,000/annual , i.e. the brand royalty paid by FORNET franchisee to the headquarters annually.

Contract period

Three years , i.e. renewal after three years.

Franchise fee

RMB 80,000 (one-off investment, no need to pay during contract renewal).

Deposit

RMB 20,000 (contract execution deposit agreed by the two parties. When the contract is terminated, and the franchisee does not have any misconduct, the headquarters will return the deposit in full without interest).

Equipment expenses

RMB 350,000 – 830,000 (equipment investment based on the store scale)

Store decoration

RMB 50,000 – 100,000 (approximate decoration budget)

Auxiliary facilities

Note: 1. According to different store scale, the total investment of a franchisee is approximately RMB480,000 to RMB 1 million . 2. Estimate of investment payback time

Under the premise that there is no problem with market, store locality, and operation management, the investment payback time is usually 2 years to 4 years . (The length of payback time is inversely proportional to the investment of the franchisee.)
